Report data collection and analysis from phase 2.

The information gathered is reviewed with you to ensure that you can move forward with a plan in a constructive manner.
4. Implement

We will manage and work closely with you to implement the plan from phase 3.

Change for the organization must be communicated and managed.
5. Evaluate

Can the implemented solution be extended to a larger segment of the organization?

Use feedback from the implementation to make additional adjustments.
